Front Desk Specialists are responsible for the front desk check-in and check-out responsibilities of a doctor's office.  Billing Specialists are responsible for ensuring that all claims are successfully billed and paid in a timely manner.  If you have not had experience in this area, that's ok, we're willing to train you.

Ophthalmic Technician

Optician

Opticians assist patients with the proper selection of frames, lenses, and contact lenses after considering the prescription and the patient’s occupation, habits, and facial and eye features. Opticians are certified by the American Board of Opticianry (ABO) and the National Contact Lens Examiners (NCLE).
