Administration
Front Desk
Specialists are responsible for
the front desk check-in and
check-out area of a doctor's office. Billing Specialists
are responsible for providing assistance to the
Front Desk Specialists and with the billing
responsibilities associated with a doctor’s office.
Accounts Payable
Specialists are responsible for the accounts
payables of the doctor's office. If you do not have
experience working in a doctor’s office, that's ok,
we're willing to train.

Ophthalmic Technician
A Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA)
is also known as
a Technician. Technicians assist our Eye Doctors in
providing medical and routine eye care to patients

Opticians assist patients with the proper
selection of frames, lenses, and contact lenses
after considering the prescription and the patient’s
occupation, habits, and facial and eye features. Opticians are certified by the American Board of Opticianry (ABO). If you’re not already certified,
